Dedham, MA Branding and Yoga Photo Shoot at The Fairbanks House {w/ Lauren DAngelo}

I am excited to share previews from my branding and yoga photo shoot with the beautiful Lauren DAngelo at The Fairbanks House in Dedham. It was such a joy to photograph Lauren. She has the most infectious smile. I swear we were laughing for the entire half hour. What a treat.

You can pre-order Women Who Boss Up, a book Lauren was recently a part of, on her website. Hard copies will be coming in November, in time for the holidays.

And, super exciting news, she is back in school for her Masters of Social Work, seeking to connect yoga and wellness with the important work done in social work.

Lauren is currently teaching live and online yoga classes at Universal Power Yoga in Norwood and Wrentham. Check out her Sunday night slow flow nidra class for a real treat.

Boston, MA Yoga Photo Shoot {W/ Lauren D'Angelo}

I could not be more thrilled that the beautiful Lauren D'Angelo was my muse for my first yoga photo shoot of 2017! Lauren's energy was absolutely palpable during our photo shoot; it was a blessing to photograph both her positivity and kindness that radiates in her smile, and her strength that comes through in her challenging poses.

This lady has a ton of amazing events and classes coming up that I'd love to shout out. You'll definitely want to check them out starting with her Family Yoga Workshop this Saturday, 3/4 at Universal Power Yoga in Norwood, MA. She has also created an amazing vin/yin style workshop called Evenflow which she'll be teaching at She Breathes Wellness and Balance in Walpole, MA on 3/10 and 4/7 and back at UPY on 4/21. You can sign up for these workshops and see her regular class schedules at UPY and Stil Studio in Dedham, MA through each of the studio's websites. Lauren is also teaching an outdoor yoga class to benefit Smith Farm on 5/6 at the beautiful Borderland State Park in Sharon, MA. How cool is that?

Lauren chose this charming brick Breather space in Boston for her photo shoot which photographed absolutely perfectly for this session. We had a gorgeous sunny day so the light coming in through the windows was abundant and we definitely capitalized on that to capture lightness in both the more accessible and the more challenging poses. We then headed down to the waterfront to incorporate some of the iconic Boston harbor into our photo shoot. I can't wait to share a few previews today!

Yoga Reaches Out Benefit Events

I want to extend a huge thank you to everyone who came out to support Yoga Reaches Out this weekend. I was thrilled to offer Pick a Pose at the Endicott Estate benefit class held by Danny Dywer, Lauren DAngelo, Joanna Losty and Sarah Gardner. Before the class started, yogis were invited to pose for moi to support Yoga Reaches Out. We had a ton of fun as you can see below!

And, I am so excited that we will be offering Pick a Pose again on April 22nd at Universal Power Yoga in Norwood. You can get more information and sign up for the class led by Jacqui Bonwell and Jen Merola Palmer on the UPY website. I hope to see you there!

We held this Pick at Pose in the beautiful library at Endicott Estate in Dedham, MA.

I also grabbed a few shots at the Equinox benefit class led by Dan Steel the next day. I have to say, I mainly practiced at this class, but it was so beautiful, I had to jump up to snap a few! Enjoy!
