Medfield, MA Yoga Photo Shoot {W/ Jenny Kennedy}

I am excited to share some previews from my yoga photo shoot with the lovely Jenny Kennedy. Jenny and I met last year in our 500 hour yoga teacher training with Jacqui Bonwell. I feel so lucky to have met her and the entire group in that training. We had an incredible group of people. Timing just seems to work out for things like these. And while I haven’t been shooting during the Covid pandemic, I decided that photographing Jenny outside and distanced would be safe for both of us. Without further ado, please enjoy some previews from our yoga photo shoot.

You can find Jenny teaching at Burning Wheel Yoga. And while I know you can’t see it here in the photographs, Jenny has one of the most incredible voices I’ve ever heard. You don’t want to miss any opportunity to hear her chanting.

If you’re interested in booking a socially distanced yoga photo shoot, please contact me today. I will be taking a limited number of clients in September and October.

Framingham, MA Yoga Photo Shoot {W/ Common Ground Yoga}

The best perk of what I do is getting to meet so many incredible yogis all of the time. This was my first time photographing Common Ground Yoga and I really want to thank Lauren and Erica and their entire community for being so lovely and fun to work with. We photographed everything under the sun in our two day session from vinyasa yoga classes to restorative yoga classes to aerial yoga and kids’ aerial yoga, yoga teacher training sessions, ball rolling, teachers together, and even a series of mini sessions that’s going to be its own blog post because this one is just too dang long.

I’m excited to share some previews with you today of this beautiful space and community. If you haven’t yet been, I definitely recommend checking them out. You’ll see me in an aerial class some time soon because it’s been a decade since I’ve tried it and I was super intrigued photographing it. And, if you’re planning on attending Yoga Reaches Out Yogathon at Gillette Stadium on April 26th to benefit Boston Children’s Hospital, spoiler, Common Ground Yoga is going to have an awesome booth with their own aerial rig! Definitely go find them and check it out. If you haven’t registered for this event, go do it! Join their team, join mine, join on your own, it doesn’t matter. Just be there because it’s an awesome event and all about seva.

Also, if you’re interested in becoming a yoga teacher, Common Ground Yoga has a yoga teacher training starting in the fall of 2020 that you should definitely check out.

Now, enjoy some previews!

Charlestown, MA Yoga Photo Shoot w/ Heather White

I absolutely loved working with Heather White. She invited me to photograph her at her gorgeous Charlestown apartment earlier this year while she was actually amist packing for a big move to South Carolina. I instantly fell in love with her gracious smile and friendly, open and bright personality. Boston will surely miss her and South Carolina is lucky to have her! You can find out more about her and her classes at www.heatherwhiteyoga.com.
